Today is going rather well, I'm doing great in school, working hard at work, and my adorable daughter is wasn't quite ready to come home from her dad's, but I told her "it happens, you will see them next year love" Of course when she got home she was a lot more happy to be home. I knew that was going to happen too. My daughter's father lives in Montana, I live in Hawaii so I can imagine how she feels to have to go back and forth every summer!
So I went to the pool yesterday...Yes I said pool! I got totally sun burnt! We have a water park here in Hawaii too! Sometimes us Hawaiians like to stay away from the salt! I don't know if any of y'all have every swam in the ocean, but it's very salty and when you get all dried out, our bodies are like a salt lick for horses! So when we are in the pool or water park it's nice to not have to feel like a salt lick! LOL
Mahalo for listening!

Ps I can imagine how difficult it must be for your daughter to travel back and forth. When I was faced with the same situation I would drive 6 hours each way from New Jersey to Pittsburgh twice a month, and I did that consistantly for 13 years. I never wanted my daughters to have to travel so I did this willingly. I wish that there was a way for your ex-husband to plan to travel as I did, this way she would have the assurance that mommy was close by. I hope my thoughts have not offended. I just hear my daughters expressions of joy that I did that for them all those years.
